Alawa was an important player in the fight to preserve wolves’ rightful place in the environment. She reminded us that every moment in nature needs to be appreciated and enjoyed. Without nature, there are no wolves and no people.

The Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, in South Salem, NY. Ambassador wolves Silas and Nikai help teach the public about wolves and their vital role in the environment.
