Some notes about the audio commentary: This commentary contains a modest amount of screaming, light Portuguese accents, and the occasional swear. If you don't approve of that, feel free to mute the video, as most clips work just fine without the audio.
I recommend ONLY using the closed captions IF you have a really hard time understanding what we say at one point; or if you don't want to hear us but still want to know what we said. The fact is that a lot goes on in the video, and the closed captions only get in the way, if you don't need them.

In challenge mode, there are some powerups hidden in some parts of the level. These can be:
-1-up: gives you an extra life.
-Level warp: Skips the current level.
-1 lap: Removes 1 lap from your counter.
Some of these only appear on certain laps.
0:00 Level 2 - Driller Killer
0:10 Level 6 - Ceiling Circuits
0:20 Level 8 - ATV Action
0:29 Level 12 - Roller Coaster
0:38 Level 13 - Bury my Body
0:46 Level 14 - Piano Panic
0:56 Level 16 - Banked Oval
1:04 Level 17 - Treehouse Tiles
1:13 Level 18 - Vice Squad
