Come into the kitchen as we make moose stew, rolls, cinnamon and raspberry rolls for dinner and dessert. We also finish up the process of canning moose by doing a 3rd batch.
Amazing Dinner Rolls (also used for cinnamon rolls)
12 rolls
1 cup warm milk
2 ½ tsp yeast (or one packet)
2 TBS sugar
Mix and set aside for 10 minutes
½ stick melted butter (¼ cup)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 hour rise
Shape into balls (66-67g)
30 minute rise
Bake 375 for 15 minutes
24 rolls
2 cup warm milk
5 tsp yeast (or 2 packets)
¼ cup sugar
Mix and set aside for 10 minutes
1 stick melted butter (¼ cup)
2egg
2 tsp salt
6 cups flour
1 hour rise
Shape into balls (66-67g)
48 rolls
4 cups milk
10 tsp yeast ( or 3 TBS+ 1 tsp)
½ cup sugar
2 sticks butter ( 1 cup)
4 eggs
4 tsp salt
12 cups flour
