On August 31st, 2022, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex following reports of a juvenile wielding a knife during a conflict with his sister. The altercation stemmed from a disagreement with his mother regarding his refusal to attend school. Upon their arrival, the officers located the juvenile outside the apartment. This is footage of the events that followed.
