The 8th task for Oasis Restoration event is "Cocktails with Cats" where you have to locate and convince Molly the cat to patrol the oasis by bringing her a premade Blurberry Special. You will need a catspeak amulet and a premade Blurberry Special. She can be found in Tree Gnome Stronghold in front of the entrance to the Grand Tree. The easiest way to get there is to teleport to the Barbarian Outpost using a Games Necklace. From there, run south west and climb the agility shortcut tree to get inside Tree Gnome Strong. Run a bit south till you reach the entrance to the Grand Tree. You can see the exact location on the map in the video. She will not appear as a yellow dot on your mini-map.
