A tribute to my number 1 favorite Non-Disney Villain Mok Swagger from Rock and Rule.
I love Mok because he has knowledge of other Dimensions much like Xehanort with knowledge of other worlds and both of them are Dark Users.
Also that he is a Rocker I love Rock and Roll heavy metal music's.
Plus he is a Non-Disney Doctor Facilier (Except he was way before Facilier was around) something CKprimeval07 brought up these two have so much in common, they're both very evil, they're both con men, they both have that SWA gentlemen like attitude until someone ticks them off. But the biggest thing they have in common is that their obsession with cults, except Facilier is obsessed with something revolves around Voodoo and dark magic, while Mok's obsession is a lot darker, and more sinister and more satanic related.
