Bad Cops, Bad Cops. A maniac has shot Mr. Burns again, and Chief Wiggum is on the case. He's not great at his job but what do you expect for the money he makes? Lol.A game of cat and mouse ensues.
An alternate ending to Who Shot Mr. Burns, it was Moe! So I opened the video with Moe shooting the gun three times as an homage to the fly girl clip lol. There was a bit of rotoscoping done here, where Moe has his suspicious eyes, and when Moe slides money to Chief Wiggum, that was a tough one, I had to replace mayor quimby with chief wiggum.
