First piece produced on my new, about 50% larger case, which lets me bring all my modules together at once, and let me put the 223e controller (the "bird") inside for better ergnomics.
This is really a pretty simple piece, and it's really more of an informal jam, I suppose. I've been working on ways to produce long-form pieces somewhat on the fly due to a longer performance coming up at month end.

The 259e is droning, and I've mapped some 223e pads to a scale that matches the sequence's scale.The sequence is a bit unusual -- I'm using a Buchla "Blade" to adapt a Sputnik 5-Step Voltage Source, Doepfer A-151 switch, and Synovatron CVGT1 Buchla/Euro converter into my case. This is controlling pitch on a Studio.H 258e, set up to have a touch of AM (I turn this up a bit during the piece).
The sequence is fixed, but I'm triggering envelopes on the 281e with the trigger sequencer app on the 2OC. I occasionally change up the trigger pattern. This gives some variation, as does my switching between 2, 3, and 4 rows of the sequencer via the switch.
I also bring in the 291e Triple Morphing Filter at about the 3:00 mark, which adds a feeling of syncopation and timbral variety.
