Sims 4 Modern House. This is the first house I've ever built on Sims 4. "Modern Sanctuary," a Tropical style house slotted into a common residential neighborhood.

*Let me know in the comment section if I should make more Sims 4 houses.

Sims 4 Modern House. Modern House in Sims. Sims 4 House Building. All of the above! The first House I've ever made in Sims - "Modern Sanctuary" slotted within a common residential neighborhood. The house is 2 stories with TONS of structural flaws... Haha, first Sims 4 house give me a break!!

Key issue is no Master bathroom; only 1 tiny bathroom and it's on the first floor. A beautiful exterior pool and dining area coupled with well organized Kitchen, Living, Foyer, Office and Bedroom Interiors makes the house worth showing. The 3-tiered Exterior sharpens the Modern edges/angles that define the shape of the build. Also there's no Sims 4 "CC" or packs with this one. The video boasts a Showcase intro, Sims 4 Speed Build style Exterior and a custom Interior style.
