If you enjoy dark roast, crema, high pressure, trad shots (aka boomer spro)- so do I! No need to get upset by others preferring to try out a new approach to brewing.
There is more to life than thick body, heavy crema, ash-laden espresso; there is more discernible flavor attributes, florality and fruits, reflection of terroir, and low bitterness to be had!
Anyway, this is "modern" espresso. try it or not. cheers!
