This video has been brought to you by Seeed Studio, who reached out to me after seeing several of my DIY Arduboy videos. The new Arduboy FX-C just came out and they wanted my perspective as a long time fan of the platform who has built several of my own iterations.
The Arduboy is a credit card sized opensource 8-Bit pixel retro game console with a gorgeous OLED display that encourages learning how to program your own games and the new FX-C model incorporates 16MB of flash memory capable of storing hundreds of games along with a new multiplayer feature!
In this video we take a quick look at some of the games as well as comparing the official Arduboy to several prototype clone versions I've made over the years. Let's see if it's worth picking one up or if making my own DIY versions was the right decision all along!
