A model village from Torquay, Devon, UK, has unveiled a miniature football stadium called ‘Wombley Stadium’ complete with over 1,200 handmade figures and even a pair of streakers.
The new attraction at Babbacombe Model Village took 18 months to build and includes digital screens, sound effects and a host of hidden jokes.
The stadium pays tribute to Torquay United and continues a tradition dating back to the model village’s opening in 1963.
