"I've been getting into some Minecraft exploration lately and I...may or may not have found a good mod to explore. So I grabbed a few extra mods to help me explore and dove right in.
Yes, I am fully aware the 'main' mod of this video is based off of the backrooms, but so far it is the best 'liminal space' mod that I have played so far. I strongly dislike mazes and I like this mod. I would highly recommend it.
Now Jeriah, if you hate mazes so much, why'd you play a mod that's pretty much a gigantic labyrinth, you may ask. Well, it has stuff to look at. When you go somewhere new, it's pretty much a reward for my lizard brain for discovering a new area.
However, if the new areas and/or I end up going in circles, my frustration will slowly rise and rise. Thus my dislike for mazes. You may have seen me go crazy a few times. (Example, Destroying the walls to find a shortcut, eating crayons, disassembling a table and reassembling it into an art piece, accidentally eating my own torches, etc...) However, my own insanity is not a problem with the Places mod. In fact, if you like mazes, I have a mod for you.
As for the rest of the mods, there are shown in the very beginning of the video. I will not be sharing my modpack as it is subject to change. I will however, give you the link to the 'meat' of the video. It's hosted on Modrinth only. I'm sorry.
In conclusion, 9.1/10. would recommend. 👍
