Mocotaugan/crooked knife build part 1 @AdventureTimeOutdoors

I started to get the itch to make something. I have been wanting a mocotaugan or crooked knife for a while so I decided to try and make one. In this video I will show the steps I took and the process I use to make this knife. I am not a knife maker so this is not intended to be a how to video but more to inspire you to just try something new and maybe create something of your own.

$Backpack update: Alice pack After receiving my alice pack and useing it as is for a while. I decided it needed a few modifications to make it easier and more comfortable to work with. By changing the straps and waist belt (molle 2) I made the pack a pleasure to use and extremely increased the comfort. Although the pack and straps dont match and are used items they are in great shape and will last a really long time and fit my bushcraft needs. The best part of it is the cost of this whole setup was around $60 including shipping. Which is a fraction of the cost of many medium to high quality bags out there today.$
