Do I even need to explain how good this level is? I’m not usually a big fan of most levels that have been released in 2.1, but this is one that definitely hits all the spots right. And you can tell that there was so much effort put into it. 3.5 years isn’t a joke people.
And it’s so crazy to see a creator like Samifying make such a beautiful masterpiece. This level feels so unique and fresh compared to the regular level creation process. And it does stand out for a good reason. It is also popular for a good reason, almost not popular enough for how good it is.
Many people seemed to have a problem with this level’s gameplay, but I honestly didn’t have that hard of a time with it, and enjoyed the gameplay for the most part. A lot of the unenjoyment that came from this level was from the last straight fly. But I will be honest, there are some bugs and awkward gameplay timings here and there that can make the level feel off. But I can forgive it. I am one to judge a level based more off of its gameplay, not so much of its decoration. But the deco is damn near perfect, and the gameplay was quite an enjoyable experience.
And as for the last coin, that one was a ride. Not only did I die at the last ship 37 TIMES to try and get the coin, but I accidentally deleted my original recording for Sedulous. So I had to beat it AGAIN with the coin. But the second time around only took 5 deaths at the ship. So overall the experience wasn’t bad, even with the troubles I had getting the coin. This is a work of art Sami. 9/10. :)
