This is totally not something I typically upload and I'll be uploading more normal stuff soon! (sorry lol)

This is a tutorial on how to get models from mobile games (SideM, PangyaMobile, etc) and import them into blender and get the bones to work.
Here are a list of the things you'll need:

You can get the game assets by using a phone emulator (I use NOX) and downloading the game on it, and then moving the game files to your computer. (You'll be looking for a folder in the game folder names Assets or AssetBundles, but you can always just transfer the whole game's folder.) A thing to note is that some games aren't as easy to rip from. (Starlight Stage assets are encrypted, some other games do similar things)

I'm not a pro so maybe there's things that were unnecessary, but all I know is that this method works! This is what I use to get game models into VRchat.
You'll have to make the blend shapes (mouth movement, eye blinking etc) yourself, but it's not too bad since there's bones and everything for the lips/eyes.
