The "MOAR" (Mother of all rifles) is a new gun added in the RETINA update in Death Road to Canada. It's a very powerful but very COSTLY gun that can be put to good use by any characters with a high enough shooting stat. Although rifles have been completely reworked in QUADRICEPS, the MOAR is still much better for higher shooting characters due to how the reworked piercing system functions.
I also show some quick clips of the gun on a character with the new "BIG SHOT" perk, as well as a character with the "Ranger" perk. How you prefer to use the gun is mostly up to you. Do you want to hit even harder with "BIG SHOT" and gain a huge damage ceiling? Or do you care more for faster firing from "Ranger" at the cost of less damage and a shorter piercing ceiling?
