I worked around the skirt physics issue by rendering multiple segments, divided by the "sudden" camera/model motion keyframes, and then the leftover frames were trimmed and replaced with the frame before (or after if the render started with such frame) in Premiere. The easy solution would simply be disabling the physics but, well, that probably doesn't look too great now, does it?

I can't seem to find a source, but I still have my copy that I found on an external drive of mine.
The only files I added are a PMX convert of the model and the original readme, but re-encoded.
I do not own the model nor do I intend to claim it as my own.
