Seemed like a fun thing to try animating, so here ya go

Notes about the motion:
This motion file is a little different than your usual motion; it requires the model to have IK arms. These are really easy to add to your model once you have the plugin for PMX editor. I've linked a tutorial below. If your model already has IK arms, please ensure that the IK arm movement bones are named(JP) "IKRightArm" and "IKLeftArm" for this motion to work.

This motion also requires Arm Twist bones which can be added with the Semi-Standard Bones plugin. For the motion, the twist bones will need to have names(JP) as follows:
arm twist_L - 左腕捩
arm twist_R - 右腕捩
wrist twist_L - 左手捩
wrist twist_R - 右手捩
