I'm a big fan of SAO, and I recently found all of the game's model on DA, it was in fbx format.

I work on it in blender, export it in pmx format, add bones, rig the model etc...
she doesn't have physics for now, so I delete her back hair. I only keep the dress/skirt.

I didn't know if I'll share this model because of the copyright.
