Megaman Battle Network 6 Cybeast Gregar | Finale: The Mad Doctor's Last Stand

Lan confronts Dr. Wily who right now is with Baryl. Behind Wily are two giant Copybots. Turns out Baryl was a traitor. It gets worse. He drops a bombshell. Baryl was raised by Wily AND was also responsible for creating Colonel. Years after he was driven out of his profession, he started planning his revenge. But that got put on hold as Baryl's father needed Wily for research.
A few years later, a war broke out and Baryl's father went off to fight. So Wily took the time to raise Baryl like his own son. A few years afterwards, Wily would learn that Baryl's father had died. Sadness and anger reignited his desire for revenge. But before that, he had to do one thing. It was to raise Baryl to become a better soldier. Wily wants Baryl to stand by him but he says no. Baryl remembers how Wily gave him Colonel. But then they hear a sound.
Wily puts his plans into motion using Iris. Despite Lan's pleads, she won't listen. Baryl explains why. 20 years ago, Wily created Colonel to be the perfect Navi. But on the day his dad died, Wily took Colonel away only for him to give it back a few hours later. Baryl noticed Colonel being different. Wily removed his kindness and changed him to becoming the perfect combat Navi. Turns out Wily created another Navi using the removed programs... Iris. Iris is Colonel's sister. Yep. Iris is a NetNavi using a Copybot. Made worse is that the giant Copybots are used for another purpose. To bring the Cybeasts. First comes Falzar and Wily orders her to control it to wreak havoc.
With Iris inside the Beast, Baryl takes it on. He hopes that by having the two become one, they can stop Falzar. But Wily had a failsafe in place. Should they merge, they both die. Baryl doesn't care and sends Colonel in. Baryl is still injured but things go from bad to worse. Megaman feels Gregar within and suddenly, it ends up in the other Cybeast. With two destructive Cybeasts, the world is in danger. Their roars cause serious havoc throughout the Net and the world. If they can't stop them, there is no tomorrow for humanity.
But Iris fights back against Wily's programming, explaining that she finally understands humans. She wanted to rebel against him but couldn't. Upon meeting Lan, she realizes what is really important. To stop Wily once and for all. The final battle begins. As Colonel and Iris take on Falzar, Lan & Megaman fight Gregar. Gregar has 2500 HP. One piece of advice. If you have a LifeAura, he poses no threat. Just use your strongest battlechips and take it down.
Gregar is defeated but as it happens, Colonel and Iris destroy Falzar. There's now an even bigger problem. Mega beasts over. Colonel and Iris are exhausted but this won't stop them. No way. So Colonel and Iris finally merge as one. With their combined power, they rip the Cybeast off Mega. Lan jacks him out as Colonel sacrifices himself to rid the Cybeasts for good. As everything explodes, Lan tells Wily to come with him as he must atone for his actions. Wily refuses as he concedes. Baryl wakes and Lan tells him about Colonel. Baryl then throws Lan and tells him to go. Lan's friends arrive and everyone leaves. An explosion follows.
A few days later, Wily was found in the wreckage but Baryl hasn't been found. Yuika, Vic and Ito were found. Mr. Mach got off easy. At ACDC Town, graduation happens as Lan & all his friends graduate. Later, Ms. Mari tells Lan that someone left a package for him. Turns out Lan & his family moved back home. As everyone talks, Chaud shows up to say that Wily has woken up and has decided to finally atone. Their future is unknown as everyone is heading to Junior High. Chaud heads to university to be a Worldwide official. It's here where everyone explains what they want to be growing up. Chaud has faith in Lan and all his friends. It's also here Lan reveals his surprise: Megaman. Turns out he got a Copybot from Baryl. As everyone heads into the Net, Lan plugs in once more ending Battle Network 6 in a satisfying way.
We also get an epilogue for this series. 20 years later, Lan and all his friends have achieved their dreams. Lan and Mayl get hitched, and they have a son, Patch. Things haven't changed but the future is bright. If you're expecting the post-game, it won't happen for a while. Thanks for watching everyone. It was a hell of a journey.
