Deku has invisibility frames after spawning from drowning that can be abused in a similar fashion as OoT's Nayru's Love exploit youtu.be/VsiE94PhqnQ
By combining this iframes and a backwalk stutter (which when done in a specific way you'll get into the weird lock state [same as in the original games by holding L+R]), and we are basically getting a Super Slide here :)
This idea flourished from some other trick Big M recently found out (this totally doesn't mean anything :Eyes_Emoji: )
By the way, you also get this type of similar iframes when respawning as goron from drowning as well, but all you can do is a short megaflip, since goron can't normally use bow or hookshot. If you curl as the same time the bomb explodes, you'll get thrown back at a high speed. As well as holding ESS and you get from what I can tell is a HESS. I can't really look at the speed Goron is going at, but it's definitely a little faster than FESS plus also we're sliding back instead of forward.
