Inspired by Benstephens' method, and using the new consistent way to do goron missile, you can climb stone tower more consistently.
The first method I do it, I jump earlier, and this leads to a faster but less safe jump. In this first method, after jumping, I recommend pressing R to lock the camera, and to press down on the stick until you land.
The second method I do, I wait more before jumping, and this leads to a safer method. In this, I recommend staying on the moving camera to be able to see where you land.
Both times, you need to press A right after you do the ground pound, or you will end up going too high.
