This story is a sequel to Acceptance

Time is up for the Princess of the Night. The spell has cracked, the sun is rising, and soon Celestia will appear before her in all of her radiance to take back the throne. Nightmare Moon's reign is very much over, and she has accepted this and braced herself for whatever may come out of the future battle. She fully expects a hardened, cold, unempathetic monster like herself, but a lot can happen in five years. A lot that Nightmare Moon does not expect.
