Hello all! Today's project was a lot of fun to make. I've had these crystals for a while (silver and purple-ish ones), and when I saw the tinsel hair... I know it was the perfect opportunity. So, I present to you this special custom of Rarity (MLP G4)! I'm not tooooo happy with the dress but I hope it gives you some ideas. All the materials are kind of cheap and easy to find, so you can try this custom yourself!
