Fixed the interlace! :D

This setting is a bit easier to edit on overall. I'll be using it more often, and some older videos may still be interlaced; those projects cannot be edited out of their format. Otherwise, I'll be sure to keep this as my main setting! :3

The sharpness was raised from 40 to 80. I never used higher sharpness in my program because it was ugly. I may have to deal with it if it looks good here.

Don't worry about me scrapping the interlace solution. That's staying. If the sharpness is bad, I'll put it back (40 sharpness on this setting isn't actually that bad).

Now you know how it will look, most likely from now on. I don't know about the sharpness, but whatever. x3

Also, don't complain about the brightness. It's at zero, and so is the contrast.
