I'm back

I can't believe this happened
I've been playing this track for so long, I've had potential to get world record here for so long, and I'm so glad I was finally able to get it.
This is my second 3lap world record I've set and my only current 3lap world record.

So, how did I get here? My first ever intentions of getting a world record here was when I got a few landing glitches with magi, world record was a 1:24 and I only had a couple of 2/3 attempts, and was mostly focused on 1/3 glitch runs. After ross got a 1:17, I thought that the world record was out of reach, I would end up getting a couple of 1/3 improvements and good paces. Eventually, I had no idea what track I wanted to grind out, so I just decided to attempt to get an rSL 2/3.

I still thought that getting world record would be a little tricky, so my main goal was just to get a 2/3, kind of foolish since I had a lot of potential, I grinded for a while, I wasn't expecting anything, just playing it because I had nothing else to do, and it all payed off with a 1:19.700, 3rd worldwide at the time. One day later, Arthur got a 1:16.9, and at that point I thought world record was completely out of reach.

One day, I decided to come back to the track, and I decided to go for world record, I got a lot of clips, and I was pretty motivated to get the world record, I even got a 2/3 where the final clip didn't count the lap because I didn't hit the first KCP, it would have been a 1:15.7, which was faster than the world record until mitch's recent 1:15.2. Despite this, I stayed motivated and kept grinding the track, but after a
while, I quit the track.

I would occasionally come back for a couple days to try for WR again but I wouldn't get it in the end.

Fast Forward to recently, Mitch set a 1:16.0, beating Arthur's 609 day lasting WR, I got the motivation to come back to the game and try and grind this glitch again, I would get a lot of clips, I'd average over 10 clips in a day, things were looking good, but I didn't think I'd actually get the world record since a 2/3 is very difficult, I still kept on trying, and after 9 days since returning, I did it.

Now for the run itself.
All laps in this run are pretty average, (but Lap 2 was pretty good for a pace) the only part I'm dissatisfied with is everything after the clip on lap 3, First of all, I could have saved over .6 if I played it riskier, but I didn't want to mess up the world record run so I played it very safe to make sure I'd get it.

One thing I should point out is how I nosedived on the clip on lap 3, I realised that if you nosedive after clipping the pole (no matter how low your clip is) you'll always get the respawn, the reason why I nosedived so late is because if you nosedive before hitting the pole, it will mess with the frame alignment and could potentially change what alignments would work, so I didn't want to nosedive until I realised I clipped.

Basically lap 3 could have been a lot better, it's the only thing that I'm not happy with.

With all that out of the way, I'm very happy to get this world record, I do plan to keep playing this since someone could easily beat this with enough time, maybe a low 1:14 or high 1:13 would be an ideal time. Hopefully I'll have the record here for more than 9 days.
