Been awhile since I did a Cyber Lin Kuei (or generally tech-oriented) stage. This one's set in a Lin Kuei Cyber Initiative Laboratory that is specifically for manufacturing and testing various experimental weapons systems. In this specific booth that you're fighting in, Lin Kuei lab techs can be seen testing the mobility and targeting/guidance systems of a new batch of gun turrets for use in defending the Lin Kuei Headquarters.
