In both the Kiosk Demo and the Final versions of MKDS, there's an unused Shy Guy model which looks slightly different, and lacks arms.
It only has a CPU model, through.
KartModelMain.carc / heyho / E_HH.nsbmd
Player model is the same as the Yoshi model, however I animated the CPU model and made it a player model.
Color change works, but not shown in this video.
