Holidays coming, and I decided to come back to my favourite track, but play with some random karts. The idea is to play karts that can do all the shortcuts.
Brute is actually hard to play, so I went for easier strats on lap 2 and 3. Shroomless pipe SC is actually harder too cause it takes a while for the kart to accel back to be able to mt, so I was turning around later for safety.
Happy with the run, I guess 1:41 should be possible with this kart but I don't want to spend ages grinding this.
I'll try to do more, so you can suggest which kart I should use next!

This is an improvement of 4 minutes over my previous run.

The improvement is just based on a new path to Hall of fame that I discovered 4 years ago, that reduces the time you have to be in the Void.

The rest of the run is exactly the same as in my previous run, so thats why I have decided not to submit this to TASVideos, but I kind of bothered me to have a TAS of this game that was so unoptimal at the end of the run. You can still check my submission and publication of my previous run here:

First ever prb flap WR on this track! Taigas time is still the Non-PRB WR.
New strat, this PRB set up makes PRB harder, the first mt has to be super fast, and then the kart takes a bit of air time and its easy to miss mts. However, I find the set up itself slightly easier to get.
Will try to improve both 3lap and flap using this.

Back on business! Taiga came with a better strat on this track and Ive been practicing the last few days. Also I think my pendulum section strat is faster, and got the faster ending.
This should be slightly improvable in terms of driving but at least I got the whole strat right which is now hard enough!
