This Freddy 67% Midscreen Combo is done with 2 Enhanced Bars. This combo is alot like my 64% Midscreen Combo, except this combo begins differently and after the first pop up, the first F4 misses on purpose and the 2, 1, DF1+R2 hits.
The concept of missing with F4 and hitting 2, 1, DF1+R2 to adjust the damage scaling and make it higher damage at the end was discovered by JimmyGott, who has some pretty insane combos on his page.
