Today I created a code that will allow you to disable all CPU. It can´t work online because it´s from Player 2-12 if you use it online it will work for you.

Controlls:
Right stick up 800cc
Right stick down -800cc
Left Stick up 200cc
Left Stick down -200cc
Update:
Doesn´t work if you are in a 200cc race
It just works if Holding that one button. You just can´t use a other button at the same time. But actually this is no problem.
I tried to make it work but unfortunately it has bugs.
However If i can make it work I will update the code.
