Mixing Tutorial: Peak vs RMS vs Loudness

In this video I compare and contrast the perceived loudness of an audio signal with the readings of peak meters and RMS meters. Hopefully this video will help lead you away from relying on these meters when setting the levels of your mixer tracks and instead use your ears.
