In this video I show you how to use analog-modeled plugins (aka "vintage" plugins) in a CTZ project where the signals on every track and bus are running much hotter than these vintage plugins typically want. This is episode 10 in a series about how to mix for loudness, in large part by using a specific approach to gainstaging and dynamic range control that I call the "Clip-to-Zero (CTZ) strategy".
