#sponsored When I say I have not been this obsessed with a craft project in a long time… I really mean it! Pitching ideas to @brothercrafts I wondered if I could combine embroidery on cotton fabric with one of my favorite color mediums: watercolor.
Artspira has a bunch of outline single color designs, and so I got my black thread and started one up. You’re going to want to remember that it’s probably going to take multiple applications of color and not every color medium is going to work the same on fabric. I will also mention that obviously if you’re working with color that reacts with water you’re going to be careful with how you use this fabric. Me? I made a canvas by simply wrapping and gluing this piece of fabric to an existing canvas board. This was so much fun and I can’t wait to make another one!
