Mistakes or Magic?

Art journaling does involve layers and in this case lots of layers. So what started as passing a little bit of translucent color became way too strong for me so I pulled back on it and added more layers over that to arrive at a delightfully textured foundation for my page

Started with Garden Chronicles Decoupage Paper and ended with a cluster of elements from the Garden Chronicles Lasercuts textured up with texture paste and the Flourished Lattice Stencil

It’s all Garden Chronicles from @ardencreativestudio really. The colors. The vintage vibe. The imagery. This collection has it all and it has my heart!
