Art journaling to get the creative mojo flowing!
Love the decoupage paper from the Hidden Creek Collection from @ardencreativestudio It’s a thin tissue and creates a beautiful base with some modge Podge or matte medium. I added it to my watercolor journal and then I added some elements I die cut with the Branch Mix Die set from @ardencreativestudio and dipped in water and then added some glue. I have been finding that wet paper collages very nicely. More even adhesion and doesn’t pop up.
Added some Paper Artsy Chalk Paint to blend things together before adding a printable sentiment from katiepertietdesigns.com I cut with shears to give a bit of a perforated edge [the scissors are linked in my bio]
Then to add a bit more texture I used the Distressed Tiles Stencil and some stencil butter to finish it off!
Simple as that!
