Months of hard work and creativity culminated in a rare opportunity for several students in the Bienen School of Music when the internationally acclaimed Mivos Quartet brought their compositions to life.
The concert showcased compositions by PhD candidates Carlos Bandera and Jasmine Thomasian, third-year doctoral student Gen Tanaka, and undergraduate composers Mya Vandegrift, Helen Feng, and Jianing Yang. Listen to sections of the compositions.
