Watch as I fly high and push my latest setup to the limit on Naarajarvi, Finland in the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI '99 Group A Rally car.
I hope you find the included setups a useful improvement over the default setups on DiRT Rally 2.0.

Car Damage is always a factor in Finland. Typically, driving with the default setup I was getting and 6-7 minutes of repair time driving at these speeds. With my custom setups I had managed to reduce that damage to around 30-45 seconds per stage. You WILL be constantly fixing minor damage to the radiator, exhaust and body damage even if you do NOT crash. This is due to the huge jumps featured in Finland.

Top tips for Finland:

Avoid the junction marker flags!
These will damage your radiator and front bumper. Typically around 30 seconds total per strike. This is more than any other location in the game. Also if you tag one while in the air it will cause the car to rotate and in extreme cases.... make you 180. These markers should not have any impact on the car but sadly it does.

Brake on the big jumps!
Tapping the brakes just before the crest on the big jumps will compress the front suspension and reduce the arc of the jump. This will also reduce the impact with the ground and shorten the amount of time in the air. Which means less damage and more time with wheels on the ground turning and accelerating.
