The fourth annual Celebrity Golf Classic is taking place at the Granite Bay Golf Club on Monday. Phil Oates, a Sacramento Kings minority owner and the board chairman for the real estate developer Buzz Oates, is the host of the golf tournament. It’s also sponsored by Bayside Church and Destiny Community Services. The event raises money for charities.
