In this episode we consider Trinitarian proof texts: Philippians 2.5-6, Colossians 2.9, and Revelation 1.17. After this we discuss "if Jesus isn’t God then how can his sacrifice possibly pay for our sins?" We note that this is not a biblical question–Jesus never asked it, Paul never asked it, and John never asked it. If no one ever makes this point in Scripture, maybe we should wonder why our questions are so out of line with theirs?
