Cipher is a pretty interesting unit coming to Honkai: Star Rail in 3.3. We have a tally mechanic, a big nuke, true DMG, overflow DMG, and so this can all be confusing compared to our regular aoe supports that just work. Today I'll go through mistakes and misconceptions I've seen people have about Cipher, and explain why she might be better OR worse than you might have imagined from previous videos.
