An exploration of the new laws in Mississippi that imposes more police and new courts on the people of Jackson. The Capitol police and Courts are not under the jurisdiction of the city and are unaccountable. This imposition by the Mississippi state government represents an invasion of a majority black city by largely white and rural state government that is racist and being defined as colonial by the cities mayor. The NAACP is currently challenging the laws.
