Mississauga Animal Services reduces dog adoption fee to $25 as shelter reaches max capacity @CBCToronto

The Mississauga Animal Services shelter says it is at maximum capacity for dogs right now. Shelter staff say there are some of the highest numbers of adoptees they've ever seen. As CBC’s Mercedes Gaztambide explains, the shelter is reducing the adoption fee by more than 90 per cent to encourage potential new owners.
