How did ordinary delivery turn into an exciting game?

For Nova Poshta’s birthday, we launched “Mission Sandy: Fast Delivery” — a runner game with a bonus system and awesome gifts from our partners!

Every customer got the chance to help courier Sandy avoid obstacles and deliver parcels quickly and with fun. We invited users to play either in the mobile app or right at the branch on self-service screens! That’s how gamification transformed the usual service and brought together hundreds of thousands of players.
