The Mission Future journey reaches its sixth stop. Today, we meet Gabriella and Martina, both with degrees in STEM disciplines from Federico II University in Naples, who accompany us to Leonardo Aerostructures' site in Pomigliano D'Arco (Naples). Gabriella and Martina describe their workplace as a dynamic environment, full of opportunities and challenges, of a constantly evolving context, that allows the development of technical and management skills and where people are the real drivers of change.
