On 08/29/20, in San Fransisco, California, Keturah (KiKi) Weaks disappeared near the Tenderloin area. Her family and friends haven't seen or heard from her since. Tonight we have Billie Jean Horton, a friend of Kiki's that always considered her like a little sister, who has been helping the effort to finally bring Keturah home after nearly a full year of misery.
