Mental horror concept film by award-winning filmmaker James Liakos. Mental horror AKA psychological horror focuses on mental, emotional, and psychological states of a human being and/or environment. It aims to frighten, disturb, or unsettle the audience by exploring psychological and emotional vulnerabilities and fears. This sub-genre often incorporates mystery (the unknown, cryptids, skinwalkers, nightcrawler, the rake, flesh gait, etc.) and characters with unstable or disturbed psychological states to enhance suspense and drama. It seeks to create discomfort or dread by exposing the darker parts of the human psyche that most people repress or deny.

NOTE: I would have directed the REAL Silent Hill 2 film based on the amazing Silent Hill 2 video game rather than this Return To Nonsense! Myself and the music composer of this short film are HUGE fans of SH2 (legendary video game) and the sequels to the Silent Hill (2006) film have been abysmal to put it mildly. Konami, why don't you hire someone who is as much a huge fan and understands the source material as an aware, electric filmmaker
