The Women and Equalities Committee recently published a report on misogyny in the music industry which uncovered endemic levels of sexual abuse and discrimination faced by women.

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has now responded to the report along with the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA) and the Office for Students.

The Committee is holding an oral evidence hearing with CIISA and the Office for Students to find out what progress has been made on the recommendations made in the Committee's report.

The witnesses are:
Jen Smith, Interim Chief Executive at CIISA
David Smy, Deputy Director of Enabling Regulation at Office for Students
Andrew Medlock, Interim Chief Operating Officer at CIISA
