This device can be worn using the included wrist strap or magnetic clasp. Used in conjunction with the app, it will be able to tell you how many steps, calories, and distance covered each day. Also it can monitor your movement during sleep to tell you if you are getting a good nights rest. This device will also tell you the time (perfect when used with the wrist strap)!
